EMR takes regional health and safety award at annual NISO ceremony

Dunboyne, Co Meath, 16th October, 2014: Leading SCADA network and mobile telecommunications supplier, EMR Integrated Solutions today announced that it has taken the North East, Regional Health and Safety Award at the National Irish Safety Organisation’s (NISO), All Ireland Occupational Safety Awards.

The annual award ceremony, which recently took place in Mullingar, Co Westmeath recognises best-in-class Irish organisations for their commitment to health and safety in the workplace.

This was the second year in a row that EMR was recognised for its strong corporate commitment to health and safety. In 2013, the organisation was honoured with ‘Distinction’ at the annual awards, recognising the positive and proactive culture of safety management that exists within the organisation.

Accepting the award on behalf of EMR, Chief Operations Officer, Derek Glynn said:

Leading communications and SCADA network supplier, EMR Integrated Solutions was today recognised with ‘Distinction’ at the 2013 annual National Irish Safety Organisation (NISO) awards.

The award recognises the positive and proactive culture of safety management that exists within EMR’s business and is testament to the quality of the process and the high regard that the awards command.

EMR’s safety representative, Brian Morgan also received a commendation certificate from NISO for his contribution to health and safety at EMR.

The annual National Irish Safety Organisation (NISO) Safety Awards are Ireland’s premier safety awards. The awards are an All-Ireland affair as they are awarded in conjunction with Northern Ireland Safety Group (NISG).

EMR was today voted by its customers as a winner of the prestigious 'Exceptional Service' category at the annual Irish Field Service Awards.

EMR takes ‘Exceptional Service’ accolade at IFSA

The award recognises the company’s consistently high standards in both operational and field service excellence.
